Israel and Palestinians reach cease-fire to end 5 days of fighting

Palestinians celebrate the announcement of a cease-fire after five days of fighting between Israel and the Islamic Jihad militant group in Gaza City, on Saturday.

Israel and the Islamic Jihad militant group in the Gaza Strip agreed to an Egyptian-brokered cease-fire late Saturday, ending days of fighting that left dozens dead.
